Carican Flavors - Oklahoma City

This place is very consistent with their quality and their recipes. I love the oxtail, and the jerk chicken. The people come here for the curry goat as well. The staff is very friendly and polite. This is a local Favorite of mine and many others. So when you come to Oklahoma city be sure to get you some Carican Flavors. Oh and the plantains are a usual for me too, as well as the cornbread. Never a disappointment. Also this kitchen is not wasteful so get there Early or you may miss out of some of the favorites. I believe they do take call in orders but I am not completely sure.

Best food on Eastside....healthy home cooked mostly carribbiean touch of soul

I ordered the large plate with oxtails and curry goat. The sides were macaroni and cheese and cabbage. The food was good. I enjoyed the oxtails the most. The sorrel was also tasty. The restaurant provides great Trini flavors. The atmosphere was chill. It’s a great place for lunch with friends or family.

Purchased two small plates. The amount of food was ample.

Delicious! I'm so glad I found this gem and am definitely excited to come back and try other items. I got the ox tail stew and it was very yummy. This will be my new go to place the only complaint is I wish it was closer to where I live! A
