Charleston's - Oklahoma City

The last three times I have dined at the Memorial location, a I have been disappointed. On two occasions, the fries weren’t hot. The last time the mashed potatoes had to be sent back to be re warmed. After the last three times, I will not be returning to the Charleston’s Memorial location.

If you have a bad experience here, you caught them on a bad night, inform a manager, and they will make it right. Thats the culture thats fostered at a hal smith restaurant. After a tragic 10 minute experience at a restaurant down the road, *cough cough* sushi bar, we came straight here where we knew wed have great food, great service, and a great experience. Us oklahomans all know charlestons is amazing, if youre from out of town, 10/10 recommend. Comfort food+fancy food+consistency+fresh ingredients= a place worth your money and time, and Charlestons always adds up to a great experience and a full stomach. Dont sleep on the ceasar salad. Our servers name was Shayla and she was exceptional. If youre the DM reading this, make note, Shayla is an A team player. Keep up the consistency; the professionalism; and youll be open for decades to come. One of the few restaurants in Oklahoma that will surely outlive me. Cheers to my Great Grand kids eating a ceasar salad.

This place is overpriced for the food you get and it is so NOISY that I couldn't visit nor hear the people across the table I came with. I won't be back.

We went here last night for our anniversary and it was amazing. Staff was super helpful and worked fast. Absolutely no complaints, we are always happy when we leave here.

This service, staff, and management were ALL Amazing. The host started off with great attentiveness. The server was nothing less than PERFECT! The assistant manager AND Manager both on separate occasions came and inquired about everything. Hands Down more than 5 STARS in my book. Thank you all!
