Ok. Hotdogs were pretty good! Only problem for me is the customer service. Lady with blonde hair and tattoos didn’t welcome my boyfriend and I in, we ordered and she started to get mad when going over my order. She then was saying how much she hated the system. Personally, you can have the best food, but if service is terrible, you won’t survive in a place of business.
Food is good, even though they do tend to zap their hot dogs in the microwave. The staff are always rude(been 3 separate times with different employees each time), never helpful, and they for whatever reason hate to show customers their menus (they keep it behind the counter I do love the amount of food you get and the chili itself is pretty tasty, thats the only reason for any stars
I have had the displeasure of meeting the owner of this establishment two times now. Both times, I was patronizing the business next door. Today I bought lunch for two women who were waiting for the bus—as this location is conveniently located across from the station. From the beginning of the transaction—the counter employee was quite rude. When she brought the order I, I was made aware that the two women wanted separate containers for their food. While their tone was somewhat abrasive, I tried to diffuse the situation. The owner came out, I explained the miscommunication—and she proceeded to say “You b need to get in line.” I was quite upset at being spoken to like this, and made it known. She returned with $10 and threw it at me. I informed her I spent more than $10–at which she claimed I was a liar. I had to pull up my banking app to verify this. She returned with another $4 to slap on the table in front of my face. All in all—the owner has a horrible attitude and demeanor; and she will claim it’s because she has to deal with people who ride the bus. She is not mentally equipped to operate a business in an area that has “bus riding” patrons. She is taking her over-priced hot dogs far too seriously; and disrespecting poor people for absolutely no reason. If you want cheap food—go to the gas station around the corner. The attendant is much more pleasant, and likely has on a mask.
I walked in at lunch time and the lady says we're close and it be nice if people looked inside before walking in. Like excuse me it says they're open on google and you don't have any sign that says you're closed. Very rude. You do have control over Google. Go to manage Google business and log in. Than go to hours.
