Culprits - Oklahoma City

Keith was absolutely amazing as our waiter! The food was exceptional—especially the sushi rolls, which were fantastic. Be sure to order the Parker House rolls as well. We also tried the Spanish pasta, chicken fried steak, and shrimp appetizer, all of which were to die for. This restaurant is a must-visit!

Additionally, it was a bit distracting to see people sitting just a couple of tables away enjoying takeout and drinks from Starbucks, which is conveniently located across the lobby. While there's nothing wrong with that, it detracted from the feeling of being in a nice restaurant. I think the restaurant needs to establish a clearer identity. Our table and chairs had some crumbs, and even though the waitstaff checked on us frequently, they came across as a bit distant. I realize this might come off as a harsh critique, but I genuinely believe the restaurant has great potential. We only tried sushi and champagne, which were beautifully presented and delicious. With some improvements in cleanliness, atmosphere, and staff engagement, this place could really shine.

Food was very good and well proportioned. The only negative I see is that the restaurant sits out in the lobby of the hotel and doesn’t provide much ambiance. If they closed it in to create a separate space it would give it a much better intimate dining experience.

Our dinner was all presented very well. The location is beautiful and unusual. We all enjoyed what we got to eat and drink. It was a nice evening.
