They were out of okra and tots, and the ice cream machine wasn’t working. The food arrived quickly, and it was hot and flavorful, but there were no napkins, no spoon for my mashed potatoes, no ketchup for the onion rings, and no salt or pepper. A mint would have been nice, too. Fortunately, I found a fresh plastic spoon and some napkins in my glove box.

I’m not a local, and I was unsure about this place at first, but let me tell you, ever since I tried it over a week ago, I’ve been obsessed! I love both the chicken fried chicken and the chicken fried steak! I’m currently enjoying dinner and trying to figure out which one I like better, but I just can’t decide!

I ordered the chicken fried steak, but it was mostly breading with just a tiny piece of meat underneath. The chili on the tater tots tasted old, and the kids wouldn't eat it. However, the hamburgers were good, and the okra was the best part of the meal. The table was dirty, and the salt and pepper shakers looked like they hadn't been washed in months. On the positive side, our waitress was excellent, and the iced tea was fantastic. Next time, we’ll choose to drive to the location in Mustang instead.

Always delicious! Never disappointed.... Ty for being a constant we can depend on......from many long time southsiders. Thanks again! Wish prices would stay down .... Getting harder and harder to eat out anywhere!¡!! We do appreciate you guysand ladies!!!! Damn good food!

It's unfortunately hit or miss, but when it's on. It's phenomenal! Nothing like a great steak sandwich supreme!
