I ordered a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, a box of Munchkins, and a cold brew coffee. The food is consistently excellent.

My coffee arrived incredibly watery. I requested extra everything, anticipating that it might lack flavor, but it still tasted bland. Additionally, the vanilla chai I ordered had an odd taste—possibly the syrup was old? I'm not certain, but it just tasted very off.

The frozen chocolate was unavailable once again. While we received a refund, the dasher picked up the order before we were notified, leaving us no opportunity to choose a replacement item.

Ordered this about three times and it never disappoints!

However, I have to acknowledge the service! The staff may seem stressed and overworked, but I've noticed some smiles and moments of gratitude. There’s a guy who works in the afternoons who made my large iced signature peppermint mocha with all my requested extras. I even saw him actually stirring it, and it nearly blew me away! Thank you, sir—your effort really made a difference, and I left a tip for that! Now, onto my little hiccup: I ordered through the app and discovered that my drink was missing the liquid cane sugar and whipped cream. You might wonder why I didn’t just go back to have it fixed. The answer is simple: I have a 30-minute commute. I’m willing to be late to work just to get my coffee fix, even if my boss doesn’t appreciate it. I’m just a busy mom of three, and we don’t have time to deal with all that!
