Forever to order. I actually had to move to the drive-thru window to place my order because nobody was the drive-thru. Waited about 10 minutes for my food and everything was still REALLY cold when I got it. Very disappointing! Food: 2/5
I'd give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I've experienced for a long time. She argued with me because I specified that I wanted the chicken verses the chicken pliers.
Bad and slow service with bad attitude. stir to the empty counter for 10 minutes before ordering. After 20 min for food. Just to see that 2 other customers come back because the order was incomplete. They came back twice. And was lied to what they told me was outside when I saw it cold. And was given to the next customer.
I would like to discuss the events that have happened tonight at KFC. I have stopped by the drive through to get a 16 tender meal and upon telling her she proceeded to say “DAMN another one?” I assumed the order before me ordered the same thing. She then tells me to “ go to another location because she does not have anymore”! I was shocked by this response. Very unprofessional. If you do not want to work then stay out of the kitchen. We come to pay to have our food not to be told to go somewhere else. I certainly hope they can reestablish customer service. This happened on 10/6/22 from 7:30-8:00pm. I also hope the manager corrects the situation and looks into coaching the team in the right direction for success.
