Kfc - Oklahoma City

I've visited this restaurant several times, and each time I've noticed that just one person manages everything. Unfortunately, the food is often served cold. I won't be returning until they have more staff. Food rating: 1/5.

I waited 30 minutes for a famous bowl and a children's meal, and I never received my food. After waiting half an hour, I went inside to ask for a refund, and they had to check on the orders in front of me, which took even longer. Due to this experience, along with others I've had in the past, I will never return to KFC. This particular location is a real disappointment and needs to be shut down! The Colonel would be rolling in his grave!

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. However, they didn't have what I wanted to order. I tried to get pots, but they only had two available, which was really disappointing. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

They were ready to bring me an original chicken order without asking me. I went in and told them. I like extra crispy. You had it for me in no time? Food: 5/5

The food was horrible and tasted like it sit there all day. Will not be going back.
