Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

When I tried to wash my hands, the motion sensor faucet only gave me 2 seconds of water before it stopped working. I attempted to bring it to the attention of the staff, but they just nodded without addressing the issue. Honestly, I'm relieved I don't visit this city often. I definitely won't be returning!

This McDonald's is awful! We ordered a McDouble, 10 McNuggets, a Big Mac, a Big Fry, and a McChicken. To start, everything we received was cold. I know it's McDonald's, but that's pretty unacceptable. Secondly, both the McDouble and McChicken had an unexpected amount of ketchup and mayonnaise that made them difficult to enjoy. I understand they have a business to run, but every time we get food from here, it's the worst experience. Additionally, we tried to call for assistance, but no one answered. I really suggest you avoid this place for any of your food needs.

The woman who took my order was quite rude. I ordered a large fry, and she responded in a very unkind manner, continually making comments. I tried to stay positive, but she treated me disrespectfully, as if I were a second-class citizen, and I really don't understand why. As for the food, it was good—4 out of 5.

These are the worst McDonalds we've ever been. The help here was overhauled and the restroom was dirty. They yelled at me when I couldn't understand her bad English. If they live here and work with the public, it would be a good idea to learn our language. They overloaded us, too.

Lines are incredibly long using only one lane! I spent literally 20 whole minutes here in line smh!Atmosphere: 1/5
