Mcdonald's - Oklahoma City

Very unprofessional staff that switched off the internet switch twice during my visit. I don't always order food as soon as I get to the restaurant. Sometimes I'll be fine when hungry. Staff don't want anyone in their restaurant unless you're a paying customer. On 1/28/23 I sat at the dining table where my phone was loaded. An employee switched the internet switch on the wall from w/out note. I'm asking you to call it back. An employee turned off soon afterwards. Since the staff is barely in advance, I switched on the switch again. An employee turns off when he turns off AGAIN. I asked AGAIN nicely that it was switched on and said, My manager said to turn it off. I already ordered food at this point and was a PAYING CUSTOMER. This location makes customers unwilling. They even have combination locks on bathroom doors. The staff is barely in the register, so customers need to speak loud and stand for a long time before they are noticed. Spend your money at Starbucks, which is more inviting.

What is not to love the longest standing fast food chain in our country? Fries Baby!!!! You can have a whole small Cheeseburger meal for $5 from the value option.

Were given up about 4 minutes after the order when you are ready and like all McDonald's no ice cream....smhFood: 2/5

Food was cold.I don't know if it's the fast food industry but the burgers are getting smaller and smaller.. the meat's are all precooked and microwaved.. chicken nuggets were cold and hard.....if you order a double meat fish sandwich the fish Patty is cut in half and cold.. cheese was not melted..I would not recommend McDonald's to anyone.. their food is horrible... I'm from Texas visiting in Oklahoma and it's the same here..if you feed your kids check it out before leaving. DON'T DO IT

Everything ordered came wrong and the change back was wrong and they took food that had already been opened and touched behind the counter to fix the order instead of making the order over correctly. That's nasty and unsanitary and it shows someone doesn't care what they make and send out while management is not paying attention nor do they care about repeat customers because I will NEVER go to this location again. I also advise anyone else expecting a correct order and correct change back or courteous service not to bother visiting this location either
