Well, talk about disappointed. I enjoy eating at this restaurant until tonight. My Grandson and I got to the restaurant at 8:40 and were told we could not be served.. they were closing because the restaurant had not been busy. The “Manager” was extremely rude. He actually raised his voice at us. I told him that the sign says closing at 9:00. He told me he did not care. Well, there is probably a reason the restaurant was slow with attitudes like that. It takes good food and good service to make an establishment successful.
My husband called to schedule a reservation for 1:30. When we arrived at 1:15 the hostess told us she didn’t have our reservation. She looked at the list and said it was for 11:30 and that we just didn’t show up. We told her we called at 12:30 so that couldn’t be possible. We asked if she’d confirm that we called the right phone number and she said “Well that doesn’t matter. I can’t seat you since your reservation was at 11:30.” We told her again that it wasn’t, and she said it was yet again. She then told us it would be an hour and a half wait. We left immediately. If the service is any indication of the food, we didn’t want to stay.
Best hibachi in the okc area. Tank top tim is a great server. He is fast and knows the menu. Our Cups never went empty and there's lots of drinks to choose from. The chefs are amazing full of jokes as well as talent. It's pricey but it's hibachi so you should expect it.Kid-friendliness: The kids will love it.
It's a different atmosphere, of your not in a big group. The food is amazing. Sushi, ramen, hibachi all under 1 roof. Some of the best ramen ,I've eaten!!
