Naan Cuisine Of India - Oklahoma City

As a Malayalee to origin(South Indian), restaurants with Kerala dishes attract me, although I lol Kerala food at home. Never tried this Indian restaurant so far to see how the dishes taste. Seeing its in uptown OKC and reviews with 4.4*, I thought it's one of the best Indian restaurants in OKC, but frankly, I was disappointed. We came to the restaurant and they sat. But even after 10 minutes, I couldn't see anyone asking us what we needed. Then I had to call someone who came to us. The articles are so expensive, so I thought the amount would justify it. Well, I was wrong!!! Order Kerala Paratha, Beef Curry and Butter Chicken Masala. Beef and chicken were $15 and $16, but only good for 1.5 people.. The taste was just okay. Paratha was crisp.. Overall an average experience. Would not recommend!

Today was my first time in and try traditional Indian food, first entry is a beautiful building, but the staff did not seem friendly or as helpful as I like, we ordered the chicken masala with rice and garlic naan, which all super tasty and a certainly interesting taste set in them tasty with all the spices, the chicken itself was juicy and tender, the garlic naan was soft and the perfect flake, and the rice melted. 10/10 would recommend and would come back to try new foods.

We really enjoyed the food, everything was delicious. Especially the chicken of butter was kind. I wish the naan size was a little bigger. Music was too loud and distracting.

Terrible service. Staff are friendly to other Indian/south Asian customers, very rude to all others. The Naan was flat and burned. The Raitha was a tiny cup of water. You assume you're eating Indian food for the first time and don't know what you're talking about and talking about when you ask for something else. Biriyani was bland! I'm not back. Chicken Biryani Express is much better for half the price.

Great dining! We chose this restaurant for a change in food pace and boy are we glad we did! The dishes are very flavorful and plentiful in portion size. Great choice if you're looking for something out of the norm.
