Pho Cuong - Oklahoma City

Happy cow doesn't let me rate the 5 stars she deserves. I come here almost weekly with my not veg boy friend. He is Vietnamese and says that this Pho is super authentic and even better than he had in Vietnam. It's my favorite place. I am super happy that I can also enjoy it thanks to their vegan friendly vegetarian breadh pho. Make sure to order veggie spring rolls as an appetizer! I'm so bad with words, but wow... it's amazing. I have eaten here before I was vegan and I can say that I don't even miss the regular broth because the vegan broth is JUST THAT GOOD. I love the family that leads the place. Always love chatting with Dennis and Vivian. Dennis always has good stories to tell and makes me laugh. They're both super nice... everyone always makes you feel at home! This place was also shown on TV. And it is definitely for a reason! I made so many memories here! I love Pho Cuong!

My family has eaten here for 15+ years. It is my favorite pho and the spring rolls are the best in town. Unfortunately, I have seen roaches on 3 different occasions. Yes, it's so good that I went back after seeing roaches. But now I just can't do it anymore.... I'm very sad to say that I won't go back.

Have been on a Vietnamese pho kick recently. Have been to the high-ranked restaurants in Oklahoma City like Pho Lien Ho, and have to say that Pho Cuong is very good. I would say their ingredients are better, and more abundant than the other restaurants. I will definitely go again.....and again. Haha

I've eaten here before, but as it has been several months I thought it time to come back. I know many like to add sriracha to your pho - and I'm not telling you not to - but at least try it first. The broth is delicate and flavorful. There was a decent amount of meat. The service was good. There's not more you can ask for.

I live in the Asian District and this is my top choice for pho.  It has a homey, warm atmosphere and I always feel comfortable hanging out as long as I want.  It feels like a neighborhood diner - only Vietnamese style.  The pho broth comes out piping hot and the garnishes are fresh.  I don't eat red meat so the shrimp pho is my favorite dish.  Just a little fish sauce, maybe a little hot sauce and it's ready.  Delicious!
