Red Lobster - Oklahoma City

This restaurant was incredible! The food arrived piping hot, and the service was outstanding! Our server, Kali, was excellent! I had the salmon New Orleans, while my wife tried the Ultimate Festival. We both loved our meals and highly recommend this Red Lobster!

It's been roughly two years since I last dined at Red Lobster due to changes in their menu preparation that didn't sit well with me. However, I returned yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The meal at Harbor Bank Bar was spectacular. They replaced some of the noodles with a generous portion of beautifully presented seafood, and it truly made a difference.

As for the food, it was just okay. I ordered the kids’ lobster, but it had a strange smell and tasted overly fishy. The manager took it off the bill and apologized, but then mentioned that sometimes lobsters can taste like that because they move around. That’s something I’ve never encountered before. I usually love Red Lobster, but this location was disappointing. The service, however, was pleasant; the server was nice and very helpful, and the manager was friendly too. But honestly, I would prefer not to hear excuses—just a simple apology is sufficient, and I appreciated that.

The entire staff was great. We sat in the bar area. Zack, who knows our preference in drinks, has met us with his most warm greeting drinks at the table. This guy knows customer service! He was followed by CJ(Christopher) who knocked it out of the park! To be fair, we visit this restaurant quite a bit, but the service is the absolute best, the reason we continue to come back. Food is also great! Shrimp Trio, YUM!

It's been aloooooong while since I've been to Red Lobster. Still a great place for something good.
