Taco Bell - Oklahoma City

I waited no exaggeration in the line for 20 minutes, then when I got my food home my tacos were completely not thrown in the bag literally. The chicken quesadilla was paper thin and cold. This is by far the worst place in okc. There is another at 23rd not even 5 minutes away, please go there!!

The lobby was closed. I know from the past that the lobby is never open. I asked why the young woman who sat in her car said it was protocol. I don't understand if you're in the food, why the lobby would be closed. Do not advertise within the food if it is not within the restaurant. I'm not sure Covid-19 was all introverted, but I think that's a lot in the Oklahoma City area.

Order was made wrong 3 times was not cheap to feed 5 people and the throw of dessert was not properly cooked I was changing when and when I had this, but seriously this store had two times manager seemed like she didn't care about the job and both times employees were either cried and badly treated or dismissed with posture I am a customer service worker and the management in this place needs a revision.

Let's eat well, would have appreciated a 2oz cup full of chz, not half full. Even more acidic cream on objects would be nice. Food: 3/5

Closing earlier during the weekend of Halloween is the dumbest thing ever. At least warn the huge line of people. I will continue to tell people to avoid this store. Post accurate hours or hire people that don’t tell a huge line of people to leave bc they don’t wanna work.
