Whether they are new to Korean, or a long-term fan, they will leave this place happy and satisfied!
This restaurant features a diverse menu that caters to both vegetarians and meat lovers, offering a variety of options that can be spicy or mild. The teokbokki was delicious and fresh, serving as an excellent appetizer that enhanced the aromas of the other dishes. The kimchi was not overly spicy, as it is prepared weekly, but it still packed a flavorful punch thanks to its seasoning. The marinade on the galbi was less sweet than those found in other restaurants, which helped to highlight the meat's tenderness and juiciness, making it quite satisfying. The spicy bulgogi was tender and thinly sliced, with just the right amount of spice that complemented the meat without overpowering it. The rice was exceptionally sticky and served as an excellent base for the meal. The side dishes included sprouts, potato, fish cake, spicy pineapple, and possibly a type of cucumber kimchi. The staff was friendly and accommodating, eager to answer any questions about the menu. The dining area is a bit small, which can lead to a busy atmosphere during peak hours, but overall, it is a spacious and enjoyable place to eat.
The food was delicious! authentic Korean home cooking with a friendly staff. the place is a bit small, so if they try a big group to get there before the rush, but in any case it is worth checking.
I'm kind of a sticker when it comes to eating good, but this place deserves every star they have. because of the olympics I got really mood for some Korean foods and not I was glad that I am here! absolutely one of the best service experiences I had and eating is also very authentic. I visited my father in South Korea in high school and eating tasted if not better, as in land and that was a to order during our icestorms before going a few weeks. I can't figure out how good it is in the restaurant during a normal week fresh. they also gave me free extra sites just to go in during the weather. I recommend the yaki mandu fried dumplings when they are looking for an appetizer. it was so tasteful, even in many reheated two days later. also had the bulgogi Korean bbq bark and dakgalbi spicy stir fried chicken. the wife also enjoyed the spring rolls. will definitely make that place a more regular and happy to go back.
I discovered this restaurant through Google Maps, and it has a fantastic atmosphere along with incredibly friendly staff. The portions are massive! I ordered the bulgogi for two to share with my daughter, but it was more than enough for four. My wife tried the japchae and absolutely loved it. It's a pity we don't live nearby! The menu is compact but features genuine specials. Please support this small business by stopping by to give it a try and help spread the word!
