Contribuisci feedbackLast summer (2021) we bought a brand new tritoon. We brought it back for some warranty work in September and paid the storage there so that the work could be completed at any point before the next summer. We called several times early spring to check the progress. We have good updates on what has ended. We came to pick it up right before the Memorial Day weekend and were quite disappointed by the service department. We called ahead (with them 3 hours notice) and said that we want to pick up the boat. We were told about the phone that we had to connect the battery ourselves and that everything else was ready to go. It seems a little strange that we have to do this ourselves as we have paid to store it there all winter, but it is what it is. We came to our boat and found that the battery separation was not locked/insured. The employee who helped us lasted 1.5 hours to get the right tools and hardware that are needed to repair it properly. It seems to have been found much earlier than it was. We only waited a good food of our day for it to be repaired when the boat sat there all winter.
I just wanted to say how grandios Mau Marine is and especially our new visit to guarantee work and supplementing a second bimini. John and Crew went beyond and beyond to make sure the experience was perfect and no trouble. A! If you appreciate top notch sellers and perfect service after purchase you should reach Mau Marine! - Nick J

A few months ago I had a fuel tank issue on a Saturday and after not having luck getting parts anywhere else the service guy that was working at Mau Marine came through for me. I didn’t get his name but he was able to get me back out on the water. Thank you so much!
