Ricky's All Day Grill - Okotoks

We had a dinner on a Sunday at this place for our 10-year anniversary. We had a great experience eating at other Ricky's all day barbecue before we decided to have a dinner here for our anniversary. First the service was so slow....We waited for 45 minutes for our food. There were only 3 tables. One with her food already, the other table is waiting for her food and our table. After a long wait when our food was served, it was so despicable. The macaroni and cheese were in a small serving dish like Denny's children macaroni and cheese I asked the server when the child size ordered. She said the regular size. Disappoint! The lasagna was dry and burned. The nachos were too expensive for a regular size. The ribs were burned and salty! This is the most disappointing part. The food in Ricky's okotoks was disappointing and wasting money. The celebration was served because of the food, quality and price ruined! We only asked to pack the food we ordered and let us be disappointed. My children even said, Denny's got better food. I'll never come back to this Bramch in Okotoks. It's terrible!

I've been going to Ricky's in Okotoks for over three years. It is by far the best franchise restaurant I have ever visited, even better than some other Ricky's I have visited. Meals are always excellent quality and good value, served by... friendly, friendly and efficient staff. It's always a pleasure to go there.

The restaurant is easily accessible with many free parking spaces. We sat fast. The service was excellent. The menu is very good. Food quality is very good. The prices are not bad. The restaurant is clean and has a nice open...feeling. I was here for breakfast and I will definitely be back.

We were a party of 7 and the price was perfect, the Qua Tory of Essen was about expectation and overall we were very happy.

Awesome service. Food about what you’d expect from Ricky’s. It was fairly empty at lunch time, which made it ideal for a last minute decision. I would return for the service.
