We arrived with our group just before 5:30, only to be informed that they had a private event and could no longer accommodate our reservation. It would have been helpful to know this before we arrived.

We are regular visitors for Thursday Night football at this restaurant and didn't miss a single game during the 2022 season. Unfortunately, our experience this year has been quite disappointing, especially for a place that markets itself as the go-to spot for football. It seems that nobody is on the same page. Tonight, while the big screens showed the Jays game, the audio was playing the football game, which was really confusing. When I asked a server to switch one of the screens to football, it prompted a discussion among the staff, but nothing changed. Additionally, with only one bartender working, he seemed completely overwhelmed. We waited a long time for a second drink—so long that we decided to leave. I hope things improve because the setup is good for watching football (and any sport, for that matter), but the execution definitely needs improvement. CJAY 92 is coming to town, and we would love to attend.

I’m not quite sure why I keep giving this restaurant more opportunities to prove itself. I remain hopeful that things will improve one day. However, serving undercooked chicken is unacceptable.

The service was slow. It seemed like it took a long time to order.The food was hot and delicious when we got it, good portion sizes.

Good service and enjoyable food with expansive selection. The only issue was that music was too loud to visit with our family
