Hong Kong Star - Olathe

This was excellent. Watch out for the authentic part of the menu. Many items you never see on a American Chinese menu. Everyone enjoyed something different and all of it was very good. They did mess up on a dish and had to start over. We plan to returnagain soon.

Great Chinese restaurant in Olathe. The typical HK dish, beef chow fun, was pretty tasty. Remember to ask for the spicy oil, goes real good with fried chow fun. Had the XO eggplant too, very smart way to deep fried the eggplant with butter batter, veryyummy.

Look past the American Chinese menu items to specialities like steamed chicken leg meat with wood ear fungus and dried lilly buds and other authentic Hong Kong style Cantonese Chinese dishes. Ask for recommendations!

Perfect food every time. Efficient, nice, and delicious! We have noticed that portion sizes are way smaller when you dine in so we end up carrying out most of the time...and the service isn't great when you dine in.

I am so excited to have found a great Chinese food restaurant in the area. We got Singapore noodles, general Taos chicken and crab rangoons. It was all 10/10!! This is definitely our new go to spot.
