Joe's Kansas City -b-que - Olathe

Great food I highly recommend this one. Prices are a little high but it’s definitely worth it for barbecue. If you’re in the area, I would stop in.

Best BBQ choice in the KC metro. The Rocket Pig sandwich is my favorite. Very delicious. Great service. Fun atmosphere.

Let me be clear, all food at Joe's is delicious, and embodies true Kansas City Barbeque, but my personal go-to is the Carolina Pork Sandwich! You gotta have the tender, smoked-to-perfection, mound of wonderful pulled pork topped with that creamy, spicy, cole-slaw-with-a-crunch! Add the killer fries on the side, and you're eating perfection and making memories.

The people behind the counter were fantastic. I heard really good thing about Joe's. But ended up getting just some good decent food. Nothing that blew me out of the water. Still good though
