Kansas City Coffee Company - Olathe

Went to this location after multiple other Starbucks didn't have what my pregnant wife wanted/closed early. Amazing staff, unfortunately I forgot their names, because I was in a rush to get the drink back to my wife. My wife was thrilled with the drink she used to work at Starbucks, and they made the drink exactly how she likes it. Whoever was closing on Thursday Nov. 4, thank you so much!! Y'all were fantastic! Absolutely lovely on the phone. I'm sure they didn't like the fact I showed up 10 minutes before close, but they didn't show an iota of displeasure. They provided amazing service with a smile, and I cannot thank them enough!!

Great location. It was a nice spot to meet up and just chill. Very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was really nice. My caramel latte was really good. I will have to try something else next time because I saw some other drinks that sounded good. Definitely recommend this location.

The staff is amazing. The waits are still long during peak times, but the friendliness if the staff make it worth it.

The experience was only average. The service was rather slow, despite the restaurant being quite empty. We had only ordered two simple drinks. Unfortunately, we were interrupted by another customer who seemed to have a disability. While we tried to be patient, she wouldn’t leave us alone for the entire 30 minutes we were there. We were hoping the staff would intervene and help us.

The drive-thru service was remarkably quick, and even though my drink was made a bit incorrectly, Danni went above and beyond to assist me. She was not only super friendly but also remade my entire drink and handed me the extra one instead of just discarding it. Her upbeat attitude and outstanding customer service really brightened my day and improved my Starbucks experience. Danni definitely deserves a promotion! Thank you, Danni!
