These people couldn't get an order right have to drive-through if the order was written on the back of their hand

LJS is a childhood favorite of mine..... I still love the authentic flavor that it's been for ages.... Gina is awesome...... we've known her for years and her genuine customer service never disappoints!

Horrible customer service, ordered 2 extra 3 piece shrimp add ons, never got them. Called up to ask and before I could get the full sentence out of my mouth the lady had said we counted them both me and my cook. Why? Two people counted my food? Sounds like you forgot them and that’s a nice way to cover your tracks, very very rude and hung up, long John silvers you need to offer a few night classes at this location on mathematics to teach this lady to count, better customer service is Definitely … – show

Food and service were great. Tge inside of the building was dirty and needs lots of attention

To be fair to this establishment and not to sound snobby, I didn't rate it. I only stopped in here to satisfy my craving for an A&W rootbeer float. And, true to the treat, I was satisfied! If there was a category for it, I would give it 5 stars!
