Spin Pizza - Olathe

I am a vegan and I really enjoy this restaurant. I like to create my own pizza using their herbed olive oil sauce and choosing from their variety of unique toppings. My usual choices include fig marmalade, apple, roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions, and jalapeños. The pizza is very flavorful without needing vegan cheese, so I opt for just the herbed olive oil on their tasty pizza crust.

As a vegan I love this place. I make a custom pizza with her herbal oil sauce. then crazy with all the unique toppings. (I usually get feigenmaralade, apple, roasted cherry tomato, caramelized wobbles and jalapeños). super tasteful. they have a vegan cheese option, but I do not prefer a vegan cheese and their crust oil on their delicious pizza bread.

The large pizza had the perfect amount of char on the crust, creating a crispy and delicious taste. The middle section of the dining area was well lit, while the outer tables had dimmer lighting, making it suitable for both intimate appointments and family dinners. Highly recommend trying this restaurant.

I will never forget my visit to this restaurant. All of their pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, resulting in perfectly crispy crusts. I was delighted when they brought me limes to squeeze on my drink. I tried a Rootbeer from a brand I had never heard of before, Stubborn Soda. For appetizers, we ordered the Italian meatballs, which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. My fiancée got the Double Pepperoni Pizza and I opted for the Chicken Goat Cheese Pizza. Each bite was a delicious mix of warm, gooey toppings. We ended up taking leftovers home because we couldn't bear to waste a single bite.

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, but the food quality was lacking compared to pizza chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's. They frequently forget to include ingredients like dressing on our salads, and the pizza was just average. I think Pizza Hut tastes better. The Focaccia bread they serve is tasteless and dry. Overall, it's not worth it.
