This family-owned restaurant offers fantastic food and excellent service. The dishes are absolutely amazing, and the prices are fair. The owner even came out to speak with me and asked if I had any concerns about my meal. It's rare to find Americans who genuinely care about their work, but this team does. They're hardworking and deserve your respect, so be sure to visit! There's truck parking available across the street, along with truck stop showers that are easy to locate. The brisket is particularly impressive—full of flavor with just the right amount of smoky taste. The ribs are equally great, with the perfect amount of rub and a wonderful flavor balanced with just the right hint of smoke. Overall, this is the best BBQ I've tasted in Kansas.
I ordered two takeout meals, and I was impressed by the flavorful meat that had a nice smoky taste. The sides were above average as well. The prices were reasonable considering the quality of the BBQ. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to help, although they appeared to be still getting the hang of things, which is typical for a new non-chain restaurant. The wait time wasn’t too long. I will definitely return!
The restaurant isn't fully operational yet, but it's still enjoyable. The fries are excellent, the ambiance is nice, and the prices are reasonable. Their menu is limited for now, but it's set to expand in July. The burnt ends are tasty, although they could be a bit less charred. The sauce is really flavorful, and the hot sauce is clearly labeled. I appreciate that it's family-run and owned. I'm looking forward to their full opening!
