Questo era il miglior pasto che avevamo in Sardegna. Tutto era squisito, compreso il vino. Abbiamo ordinato la carta, ma abbiamo intenzione di tornare prima di andare a New York e provare la degustazione!
Lovely atmosphere. The food was exquisite. Even the bread was delicious. Very good prices. I highly recommend.
Very friendly service and good value for money considering the quality of the food. The chef likes to experiment and is heavily biased towards sea-food, especially shrimps. We liked 5 of the courses, but agreed that the tuna main course and the chocolate vinegar dessert were not good. Would recommend going there nevertheless.
Some dishes where really good, others a bit a miss. I applaud the chef for experimenting. The quality of beef was subpar for the price, in a medium rare cut of beef unrendered tough fat is unacceptable. The service was exceptional for Italien standards. They also have a lovely selection of Whiskeys and Cognac. It just felt a bit pretentious, the presentation is very nice, but as mentioned the taste is a bit lacking for a Michelin class restaurant. The main courses where rather small with just the protein and nothing much else, no vegetables or carbs. Even if you order 4 courses, the most calories you consume stem from bread. Which is to be fair very delicious. The home made bread with chestnut is great. I just rather get my carbs with the dishes, which would allow the chef to show of more. The price was high which I don’t mind. It’s what you get for your money that can’t compete with other restaurants in this price class. I therefore can’t recommend this restaurant
