The Original Big Ed's Bbq - Old Bridge

The ribs are absolutely delicious—tender and melt-in-your-mouth good. The fried shrimp are consistently excellent as well. We enjoy the coleslaw and always make sure to order extra garlic bread rolls. The only thing I wish is that we received a salad with our order, like you do when dining in the restaurant. That would make the experience absolutely perfect!

Absolutely delicious! I was hesitant to order ribs for takeout, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tender and flavorful they were. I don't usually leave feedback, but I felt I had to this time! The coleslaw is fantastic as well! Both the baby back ribs and the slaw are incredibly tasty!

The food was outstanding today! The ribs were moist, flavorful, and so tender that they came right off the bone. The baked beans did spill a bit in the container during delivery, but they are always delicious, and they paired perfectly with the ribs – we even started using the ribs to scoop them up, haha! I missed the corn on the cob, but everything else was the same delicious, high-quality BBQ that Big Ed's is known for. Thank you!

Sides werent great, but the ribs with the bbq sauce and cajun seasoning were pretty good

Big portions and everything was yummy. Please make sure you add utensils to the order. I didnt get any as I forgot... and it was messy. But that is what bbq is about, right?
