Via Sposito - Old Bridge

The pizza was excellent, featuring a lovely thin crust. The white mussel sauce was also flavorful, and it wasn't greasy at all. Just right!

We absolutely adore this restaurant for dinner! The food and service were exceptional. The portions are quite generous, and everything was incredibly fresh. It's a BYOB establishment, which is fantastic, but they also have a selection of wines, and I particularly enjoyed the red sangria. Our server, Amanda, was attentive and thorough throughout our entire visit. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant! Everything we tried was delicious—there wasn't a single item we didn't enjoy. The homemade bread was fantastic, and their pizza was excellent. They also serve sandwiches and pasta that tasted out of this world. Our waitress, Delores, was incredibly friendly and attentive. We left so full after dinner! The atmosphere was great, and the staff was very welcoming. Oh, and I must mention that the clams were delicious as well—everything was fresh and tasted incredible. This restaurant is a true gem in Old Bridge, New Jersey, 08857!

We love Via Sposito! The presentation is always beautiful! Almost too nice to disturb. One of our favorites!

I bought their pizza kit to take home and prepare homemade pizza. They were so friendly and helpful. The kit includes two dough balls (makes a 12? , sauce, fresh mozzarella, grated Romano and fresh basil. The pizza was delicious. Adding photos here.
