Taco Bell - OLD GREENWICH

Good fast food, great for the exit, lots of parking, right on the highway, food is good quality if they won't fix it

Typical Taco Bell but service was good and fast. Store was clean

They made this place quite comfortable. Eat well as usual!

When I got used to the situation in Norwalk, I was at this point in all efficiency. Typically, I have to wait 20 minutes if there is no line. This location, even wrapped with a line around the building, I was through in less than 15 minutes. From now on, when I am in the mood for Taco bell, I will save my time and drive from Norwalk to Greenwich

I have been here several times. Almost always, the food is quality taco bell fare. So nothing bad. Clean. Mostly polite. It's the manager that makes this place. He's quick. He's knowledgeable. And always please. Tonight we placed an order. Did not order the meal, but thought we had. Looking back... our mistake. I sent my daughter in to either get our missing food or order it. She came out with the food, his apologies, (even though it's our mistake) with an extra free taco for our troubles. He knows how to win your repeat business. And he deserves it. Just don't forget... it is taco bell. Fast food Mexican. It's never gonna be mistaken for a five star restaurant. But he did give 5 star service.
