Little Caesars Pizza - Old Hickory

My experience was disappointing. I ordered online and it took 45 minutes for my pizza to be ready. The staff seemed overwhelmed, with one of the girls yelling and slamming things around. When I inquired about my order, one of them grabbed me, which was uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again!

I wish I could give it a zero-star rating. They didn’t cut the pizza for us, so we had to do it ourselves! Haha. Plus, the girl at the counter was quite rude.

Fast service, pizza was ?hot and ready? and good. The 3 men working there were funny and nice.

They give you pizza boxes that other customers have opened and taken to their cars and back into their heaters. Then they ask you to pay and take with you to eat. Kids running this location at night. I would suggest to come in while the managers are on duty.

Alex and Gio are fantastic! The service here is incredible, and the staff are truly wonderful people. I always have a great experience when I visit. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend this place. Don’t miss out on their amazing team!
