Subway - Old Orchard Beach

Subway food is consistently what you expect it to be. However, the team working on 8/12/21 was genuinely outstanding. All three employees we interacted with were friendly and hardworking. When my wife lost her car key, one of them even drove around to find our car and left a note so we would know where it was. Such qualities should be appreciated and rewarded. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff here. Thank you once again, everyone!

Andrew, please learn how to communicate with customers. I'm not here to be treated like a parent or a friend; I'm a paying customer. You are not the one paying me. I find your service to be very disappointing, and I believe Subway corporate should take action regarding your behavior.

Order #7ED06893-EC: If curbside delivery isn't an option, please don't enable it. I called the store and was left waiting in an area with no parking. The staff informed me that curbside pickup isn’t available. I have a 36-month-old child, and it's difficult for me to pick up the order without any place to park the car.

The produce they use is not very fresh. And the meatballs in the meatball sub we got were half burnt! They need to step up their game to have half a chance of making a decent turnover

5 stars 100%. The people there were amazingly friendly they treated me and my dad who went there to get 2 foot long sandwiches, amazingly. It was just before closing me and my dad were hungry so they let us go in to have a sandwich. The lady behind thecounter was very patient with us, they let us take our time to order. As my dad knew what he was gonna get I did not and theperson there behind the counter didn?t keep bugging me to order my sandwich and when I was ready to order everything was fresh.The sandwich was amazing. Will come back when I go to old orchard again
