Old Town Wine And Brew - Old Orcutt

Lovey little spot in Old Orcutt. People are friendly and they serve a good variety of unique beers and wines. Their wines are all from excellent small batch producers that you won't see elsewhere. You can order small 3-oz pours and sample/savor delicious vinos.

This is a cute little place inside and out to grab a glass of wine. The food truck outside is super convenient as well.

I 'm not gonna lie I wanted to give this place four stars for one reason and one reason only: hella old people there. But I have to give it five because those old people know how to turn up. This place was absolutely popping on a Friday night. They had live music and the vibes were amazing even tho we were the youngest people in there by like 20 years (no shade). Also it seems to be military owned which I love to see. They had so many great wines that you can 't get at a store and it 's very informal. None of that hints of this or undertones of that b that you might get at a regular wine bar. Overall great experience and will be going back a lot.

Second time in here and both times clueless service. They have some local wine but the execution is really bad. The room is a disjointed clusterFK of beer taps and standing refrigerator cabinet. The room is noisy. This is NOT A PLACE TO GO for serious wine tasting. Potential not delivered. Basically a neighborhood gab fest beer bar disguised as a wine room. Crossing off the list. Won't go back.
