Despite the fantastic service provided by Amber and the delicious food, my cousin encountered a billing problem at this restaurant. The bill was mistakenly charged twice to his account, and when we returned the next day with evidence, the manager/owner refused to acknowledge the error and did not offer a resolution. Despite the support of other patrons in the restaurant, we were ultimately required to pay for the meal again. This seems to be a recurring issue, so it is advised to either pay in cash or be vigilant for potential double billing.
I recently tried a spice bag for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious!
I waited for two hours for my delivery, and when I called to ask about it, the woman on the phone apologized, laughed, and then abruptly hung up without giving any details about my order. It was a frustrating experience.
