Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I would advise against going back and believe you would be better off dining elsewhere. Our order was incomplete and not refunded, and the food we did receive was served cold. This experience was shocking, but unfortunately, it wasn't unexpected given the lack of quality in their staff.
I have never met an Italian who doesn't stir their pasta, as it tends to stick together in clumps. The dish was very flavorful, but I wish it had been stirred while cooking.
The food at the restaurant was good, but unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience with our server, Lucy. She was rude and impatient with us, making us feel like we couldn't ask for anything. Despite being in a rush to get to a football match, our service was slow and we had to wait a long time for our bill and card machine. Lucy's attitude greatly affected our overall experience. We would consider returning to the restaurant, but would prefer a different server.
The big one breakfast, just warm at best, over done bacon, solid rubber egg's, herb potatoes no seasoning, or never seen a herb. Also daughter wanted, pancakes but was told that they had run out the day before (we was there Sunday morning) how difficult is it to make pancakes. Overall food score is low although staff very pleasant and apologetic, not their fault, management and above issue. We will have to think about ever going again.
The menu has changed considerably since we visited over two years ago, much less choice. Cheeseburger was boring, just nothing particularly nice about it at all, loaded fries presented in a messy heap and the cheese sauce was thick and gloopy, no complimentary coleslaw or garnish, really basic. Spent over £90 on the meal, it was really sub standard, that’s our last visit there.
