I usually have really good food when I stop by when I'm traveling. My cheeseburger definitely wasn't grilled. It was like precooked sitting on a warming tray. Tasted like McDonald's.The bun was too small. Hoping this was just a bad day. Fries were cold

Staff is clearly incompetent in how to charge customers and keep track of who ordered what. When confronted, they were clearly still confused on how to properly charge a customer.

My friend wanted a DQ ice cream cone. It was almost 8 pm. We hadn't eaten since breakfast. I was hungry. So, I ordered the full meal deal with chicken strips, fries, a rootbeer, and a small caramel sundae. The fries were exactly cooked the way I like. The drink was a bit weak, but the chicken strips were hot and JUICY. Highly unusual for fast food chicken strips.It is a 60-mile round trip to get to our nearest DQ , so I don't go very often, but I am never disappointed at this DQ. The food is always tasty, the service is good.

Drove through town and had a stop to bite. Friendly staff and the environment was clean. We were expecting our number to be called to come pick up our order, but staff found us and served us our food. Food was delicious and as fresh as fast food can be. Recommended!
