The mejillones al vapor were a little smaller than I remembered but still great. The zamburinas a la casa were still excellent and I also enjoyed the bottle of young ribeiro wine.
We had a really great lunch at Puerto de Lorbe with all sorts of excellent shellfish, a really charming host (although he took a while to warm up) and a real seafood ambiance just above the harbour. Quite expensive, but then you get what you pay for and the muscles were the plumpest that I have ever seen, by a long margin. Will definitely be back.
We went in this fish restaurant on Sunday but there were elements that were independent from the day. The Zamburiñas were prepared with besciamella (it wasn’t written in the menu , which is a crime in my humble opinion. The quality of the rest was low and the service was poor. The price was also high compared to everything (the bread, which we didn’t ask, costs 2,7€ . When it’s like this, it means that the owner doesn’t care about customers. It’s a pity because the restaurant it’s in a very good position (1 meter from the sea but the owner seems not to be able to take advantage of it.
