The restaurant has a great view over the hills. definitiw recommend the myrtonic for the aperitif and the chestnut cake for dessert.
Here at several locations during a week trip to the village. the personal was very friendly and friendly with recommended for local walks and activities (including local fete for the bastille day). service was good and eating excellent. would be highly recommended.
Beautiful place to eat with the sun that goes down as it looks at some breathtaking scenery. but eating was not great, although the service was friendly. as an example we had baignet as a starter (which seems to be almost on every corsican...menu). here they were hard, like golf balls. not so different!
We loved our first lunch so much we went back the next day. A Forge serves homemade foot with a strong lean towards Italy. Gnocchi light as air and pizzas that were clearly from Grandma's kitchen. Sauces were fresh and tasty. We tried a few...nice salads too and were not disappointed. The terrace is inside a glass container box with an amazing view of the village and beyond to the mountains and sea. Service very friendly and casual. We would definitely recommend A Forge. Bon Apetit!
The bar/kitchen is against the mountain while the tables are across the small one lane road enclosed in a pretty space with a wonderful view. We had 2 take-away pizzas for dinner one evening which were excellent. Would like to try the other tasty looking...menu items next time.
