Citrine Bistro - Olinda

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Citrine last night. Before making the reservation, I spoke with others about the restaurant, and I was pleased to find that the chef was willing to accommodate some adjustments to the menu to suit our dietary restrictions. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the entire experience was the memorable occasion I had hoped for.

What a fantastic gem nestled in the heart of the hill! The combination of passion and flair shines through in their exquisite French bistro menu. We enjoyed the steak with mint sauce, accompanied by wafer-thin, golden buttery potato galette, and a seasonal green salad with baby broad beans and early spring vegetables. This place stands up to any French bistro in Melbourne, enhanced by the charm of its location and attentive service. A definite must-visit!

Last weekend I took a friend to the Sunday dinner at citrine and it was fabulous! this is an undiscovered gem that meets what is written about it and the good reviews. new owners told us they took it about 5 months ago. the environment is beautiful and eating, the service and the unmarried atmosphere are all over and beyond. red duck curry, pork cheek, tortellini, cheese top all very tasty. I do not leave any reviews unless I can leave 5 stars, and citrine deserves it definitiw. there is also an excellent wine list. a really pleasant lunch and excellent value.
