Applebee's Grill - Olive Branch

Applebees seem to always serve good food but this past Wednesday everything tasted better than before. Maybe the food was just better or possibly it was the awesome experience of being seated by Jordon who was our hostess and was absolutely serious about his job. Although the server was doing a lot because on that day they were short handed, our dining experience was excellent, our food was hot and delicious and again Jordon checked on us and was not bothered when we asked for refills or napkins . It was at the end of our visit that Jordon shared he was Autistic. Thank you Applebees for being a non discriminatory business and just in case you didn’t know, Jordon made our lunch more than just another meal, he made it a happy and great memorable family dining experience. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I’ll never set foot in this location again. It smelled like dirty mop water and the service was TERRIBLE. If there was an award for the worst service and atmosphere, this location would win first place.

Worst experience at an Applebees. Waited literally 51 minutes pass my order ready time which was horrific as we were traveling back to Florida and it put us way behind our schedule. It’s extremely unprofessional, workers walking around with hoodies, not being acknowledged or greeted. Other customers walked out because they were not attended to. Ordered two separate fries but was given one container and told they were combined. Food was cold. Condiments missing so had to go back inside and wait to be acknowledged by the staff. Filled out the survey and requested to speak with someone from the store and nothing. Disappointed I left a tip because they did not deserve a penny. It’s clear they dgaf and there is 0 managing at this location. Truthfully wish I could get my money back for the entire worthless meal.

I never do this, but 4 times in a row we have tried to eat here and there is no wait staff. We even tried to get food to go and it was an astronomical wait because they have little to no staff. Save yourself the headache and just find a different place to eat.

Every one were respectful and nice the atmosphere is plesent and friendly family Orient, Food were fresh and hot and did'nt have to wait long for our Foods, Good Day??
