My wife just purchased small bucket of fried chicken. This was undoubtedly the very worst chicken we have ever gotten from KFC. The chicken had no flavor with little to no salt. Another thing is you can’t even get extra crispy at this location any more. Also, store was out of slaw. We will never go to the Hacks location in Olive Branch again. New management is needed!!!

Do not use your credit card. One hour after I did I had a charge on my illegal charge on my card. This was the only placed I used it. I usually go in but this time I did the drive through. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..

It is literally exhausting anymore trying to get an order right anymore. We discussed my order 3x's over the speaker and my order still wasn't right. Condiments left out of the bag, too.
