Krystal - Olive Branch

The place is a little run down, but the food is great! About three teens were working, so service was a little slow. Don't come for the atmosphere, come for the food!

Used to come here all of the time. Tried to get Krystal’s at 11:23 the other night they tell me they are closed when they are supposed to close at 12. This has happened to me twice in the past month there. Meanwhile the girl is out back smoking and on her phone. WILL NOT BE BACK!

While the food was great and our cashier was very nice, I was a little wary about the fact that one of the employees that was wearing gloves, thought it was appropriate to scratch her face and go right back to work. True she was only running the drive thru register but still...

Poor service, long wait time, and cold food. Sounds odd doesn’t it? I went through the drive thru today at 2:45p- there were two cars ahead of me, both having placed their order and were sitting at the window. 15 minutes later, i was met with a nasty, bad attitude young woman at the window. Didn’t get order right. When i pulled away from the window at 3pm, why was the food cold? Wait that long for them to cook the food? Or are they just screwing around? The latter because the food was ice cold. The fries must’ve been from the prior day and the burgers looked like an absolute mess, and yes, cold too. That woman needs to find a new line of work, because she (and the cold food and long wait time) made me realize i will not patronize this place again.

I just left there with no order. My order was very complicated, a 12 krytal sackful with cheese, it is 18.26. She told me $39. I asked what was on the order she did a meal, told her i didnt want the meal just the 12 sackful, she told me $32. Still not the right price which is clearly 18.26 so about $23 with tax. I left, if you can screw up a simple order that much you dont need my money.
