Contribuisci feedbackMy husband ordered on the app for pickup so that we could have an easy night of not cooking. We ordered 2 subs, a cheese pizza for our son, orange juice and 2 six-pack of cookies (apparently you cannot mix and match the type of cookies in a 6 or 12 pack so I had to order 2 to get two types of cookies). I drove down to pick up the order.When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up an order and gave the name. I was the only customer in the store. There were two young ladies behind the counter working. One of them said something about being out of something which I thought was the pizza. I asked her to repeat it and explained that I read lips and cannot hear. She said it again, but was still not clear and not looking at me. I called my husband on FaceTime so that he could figure out what she was telling me. After she said it to him, he determined that they were out of cookies. I told him I think they are also out of pizza which we finally figured out was correct through no help from the employees.They refunded me for the pizza and cookies and I picked up the subs and OJ but I felt like I was bothering them actually.The subs were good. I ended up cooking something for my son, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place lol.
The order was prepared exactly as I requested. The sub was neatly assembled and folded perfectly.

WARNING!!! The Subway in Olive Hill is one of the worst I've ever been to. It doesn't even deserve the one star I gave for food, service, and atmosphere. The staff really needs to be replaced immediately. There's no use in telling the woman at the drive-thru what you want, because they’ll just give you whatever they feel like. The girl taking my order clearly didn’t know anything about Subway or their deals. Management needs to step in and take control before this place goes under. I even called the restaurant to report what happened two days ago. My order totaled $38, and it was completely wrong; I didn’t even get the right bread for any of the subs. It's frustrating that a restaurant can't get an order right! So, to all my friends, family, and anyone reading this, steer clear of the Subway in Olive Hill, KY! It’s the absolute worst place to order subs and not get what you asked for!
Ordered to foot-long subs last night at around 9:40 PM I told the girl what I wanted on my subs and she started making them and she told another girl to check me out because apparently they were in a hurry to get out of there. Got my food and got home and didn’t have the toppings on my sandwiches. Very poor service and they are always out of stuff
