Lower quality compared to other Loves Arby's locations. My sandwich I spent over $6 on was lacking meat and the quality was just off. If all Arby's tasted this way I wouldn't eat there.

I visited this Arby’s today in Olney Il. to get some lunch. After ordering I stepped aside and the next customer had his dog with him. Watching the guy, he sat his dog down on the same counter that they sit your food on which was disgusting. I’m not a dog or animal hater but everything has its place, animals too but not on the counter of any restaurant. Not once did any employee say anything other than how cute the dog was.. If anyone has ever had a intestinal infection, this is one good way to get it. There is no way in hell I will ever visit another Arby’s or any restaurant that allows my food and a dogs behind to be placed in the same area. I know this location has videos so management is aware of this type of service. I just walked out, the dangers of such an infection isn’t worth it…

Now this is a proper pickle sandwich! I mean burger...

The service was fast and friendly. The food is always fresh no matter what time of day you visit. And it is very clean.This is open 24hrs. It is part of a truck stop.
