Sardi's Fusion - Olney

This is no longer the innovative Peruvian cuisine it was once. It is more like average Mexican and sports bar combined. I knew when they gave me a laminated menu that didn't expect much. But the **** was very nice and made a decent pisco mad. The shield outside doesn't say Sardis fusion anymore, it says Sardis chicken. I'm sure the chicken is great, but don't go if Tou's looking for Peruvian fusion cuisine, they won't do anymore that it seems. You need to update their website.

All right. Of course not bad, but only average. Portions are huge. Maybe we were pampered by the great food we had in Peru, but that was compared. I could see it was very loud in a busy night.

Has the family taken to Sardis Fusion for the first time and we will be back! The food was great, the portions were huge and the prices were very reasonable. Even the throat was a large part and very favorable. There are many options on the menu that I look forward to trying on future visits.

Great menu with good variety of Peruvian influenced food. Service was attentive. Beer selection was very good.
