Sardi's Fusion - Olney

This is no longer the innovative Peruvian cuisine that it was once. it is more like average Mexican and sporty combined. I knew when they gave me a laminated menu that didn't expect much. the **** was very nice and made a decent pisco mad. the sign outside doesn't say Sardis fusion anymore, it says Sardis chicken. I'm sure that huh is great, but don't go if tou are looking for Peruvian fusion cuisine, they won't do that it seems. they need to update their website.

We visited the family for the first time after trying Sardis Fusion, and we will definitely be returning! The food was fantastic, the portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. Even the ceviche was a standout dish and had a wonderful flavor. There are so many options on the menu that I can't wait to try on our future visits.

The menu boasts a wonderful variety of Peruvian-inspired dishes. The service was attentive, and the selection of beers was impressive.
