You will not receive a reception at the entrance, and you will be shown to a table from others. You need to wait over 20 minutes to be asked if you want an aperitif and when it comes, it won't be what you ordered. You have to wait for about 20 minutes to be asked for your food order, and the waitress will admire you how she goes on the way to serve other diners before you. The food will arrive warm, and if you inform the waitress, she will put the back of her hand on the food and then bring it back to the kitchen. The same meal is reheated (not hot). The good part was the desert we didn't have to wait for because they crashed on the order. complaining to the manager who said sadly and we came out. complained to the restaurant by e-mail, and got no answer, and then to client services that we had to constantly search for answers. Finally, the CEO and the Director of Marketing and Communication (DMC) complained. I was told by DMC that the CEO did not consider his emails very often. I had to follow DMC several times to get answers, with still today after a few months the complaint was not resolved. La Boucherie have a directive that they have GUARANTEE you a good meal and experience, this guarantee is worthless. There is another Eßerei (BG) about half a mile away, where you are treated with respect, no matter what your nationality is
There we were for a dinner, we had to dress a waitress, wait 20 minutes. 2. Order a drink that is wrong. 3. If a bottle of water arrived when we started the meal, we asked. 4. When we were at Ibis, this restaurant was ideal. The service, the food and the ambience for a chain restaurant was on site. Very busy with helpful staff
Wonderful selection of first class beef steak served by award winning chef and staff. They also very kindly allowed us to take the dog in with us
Habitué à aller manger à Buffalo nous nous sommes rendu à la boucherie suite à trop d'attente dans ce dit restaurant avec un peu d'appréhension. Cependant malgres un début en demi teinte ( pas de mojito car rupture de menthe et une place très proches d'autre personnes) nous y avons passer une agréable moment! Les plats sont bons et bien présenter le service est tout aussi bien les serveurs anticipe nos demande malgres l'affluence, directeur très sympathique et barman très mignon! ( lol ) Je recommande fortement
