La Guinguette du Lac - Olonzac

Nice seafood, clean and decent value. Service was not great even though the restaurant was quiet, but no major complaints, good place for lunch by the lake with great views.

Maybe we picked a bad day but we had to wait over half an hour for a drink which was a bad start. The food was very good especially the pork cheek. We never got a bill but being honest we all paid as we...left!

The lake is an attraction The restaurant could be an attraction as well. It is not. Once the tourist season is over the restaurant opening is eratic. When the restaurant is open the waiter service is appalling.

We had kids menu, Sea Bream and blue cheese and chorizo salad. Pretty good really, well cooked fish with beurre blanc. Salad with filo pasty cheese and chorizo.
