Swiss Bistro, Rothrist - Olten

The service was a little slow, even if they weren't busy. It was expensive, not sure that this is only in comparison with Britain. Food was good, but menu selection was not huge. Breakfast was buffet style, with hot food limited to only agitated eggs (except toast). Appropriate and acceptable.

Simple but decent, unpretentious Swiss (/Italian) cuisine at a fair price. Approximately CHF 35-40 or € 29-33 pp for Entree, Soda and Dessert (sisable ice cream probes or made to order). Very friendly, really multilingual staff who spoke German, French and English in our case. It is located in the lobby/bar area of the Ibis hotel, so definitely very convenient to eat when you stay there. Otherwise there are many parking spaces right in front of the hotel. You can also sit outside if you want.

I'm so surprised. I opted for a home burger, meat was excellent, reasonable price and very good potatoes. quality presentation and welcoming service make small restaurant a very good place if you are alone and you don't know where to eat.

Here there are good, tasty dishes served with a nice service, here you feel comfortable as a business traveler and can spend the evening.The prices are,think I,typically for the Swiss.
