I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and the unexpectedly gourmet food at this restaurant. It's clear that the chefs have received professional training in food preparation. They serve up amazing entrées from an open kitchen that's barely larger than a closet! While the menu leans heavily towards meat dishes, which I'm not particularly fond of, I can always find some lighter options like crab cakes, ravioli, or salads. Be sure to make a reservation for a weekend evening. I also love their craft beers, especially the IPA!

Lisa and I have visited Dillinger’s around 8 to 10 times now. The service has consistently been excellent (this is not fast food, folks). The cocktails are amazing— they craft the best Last Word in the South Sound. The food is inventive and skillfully prepared. We’ll definitely keep coming back.

I was absolutely blown away by the staff, food, drinks! I can't believe I've grown up in Oly and this past month was the first time I stepped foot in Dillinger's. Smooth and romantic atmosphere with a well blended staff. I had a sirloin steak and it went down as one of the best meals I've had my whole life. The Caribbean Punch was on point as well! 5 Stars!!

The staff are friendly and laid-back. I definitely want to become a regular here. I haven't tried the food yet, as I've only been at the bar, but it looks amazing and I plan to sample it soon. There was live music that created a relaxing atmosphere without being too loud, which was just right for a Monday. As someone new to Olympia, I'm trying to find a place that feels like home, and this restaurant certainly delivers that vibe.

The doughnut bread pudding is a must. great service, knowledgeable staff, exemplary food and cocktails. highly recommended.
