Fujiyama Japanese Steakhouse - Olympia

We're just there, we had a good dinner and waitress was great! but it is 96 out and the owner has not repaired the air conditioning for days! the people go out to enjoy their meal and have time together. it was over 100 degrees with all grills going and a miserable time! we couldn't wait to get out of there! my heart goes to all those who have to work under these conditions!

Love this place. Everyone is happy, very accommodating. Chef was very entertaining as well as personable, everything was perfectly cooked.We had family dinner out, the first one since we lost our mom. So our family, had a quiet belated 60th wedding anniversary for dad. He was moved with appreciation for all the compassion and great service

My son surprised me with his fiancée and surprised me with my life's best friend I haven't seen for 10 years. he has come in limited, but plan this special for me as I a disabled veteran and so they sat on a table, because he did not pre-maintain before the time, it took 45 minutes for them finally even serve us water the table next to us had already eaten and it served dessert before we even got our order. the salads were drowned and dressing that was terrible my best friend salat was put on the skill, so it hot boiled and burned her mouth when she tried to eat it, it took almost to the end of the meal for me to order the martini I ordered that was an hour and 15 minutes earlier. the chef has not made any normal tricks that we have seen in pastness or in the ad and perhaps because there are only four of us in the table, it was a complete disappointment! we had to ask several times for water for the sauce for serviettes. the service was terrible, the drink was terrible. I have pictures of the ribeye I ordered, I would honestly say, 50% of it was terrible again I can see photos here for all. I didn't want to say anything before my son because he tried to do something special for my birthday, I have already published on her website and no one has contacted me, so I thought it was time for me to post it here! extremely disappointed by the service oh and by the way, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting toilet paper on the floor of the shallow container was torn off and put on the floor so that this is on the 18th juni, I have the data that it has never heard twice since I have never heard so I decided to go further and place it here! for the four of us for $250 it was an absolutely disgusting dinner time it is time wasted and experience sad

The food is delicious! The workers are absolutely amazing! Great atmosphere, great skills with the flips and tricks. Would definitely come here again.

Absolutely love eating here. It's always fun watching the cooks make your food right in front of you and really give you an awesome show. I give this place a 5 star. I am extremely disappointed that they will close this place and put a Chick-fil-A here like we don't have enough of those places already?. Chick-fil-A will not receive my support at all?.
